Our Lamb

We raise Katahdin-Dorper cross hair sheep, which shed their coats naturally instead of growing wool. Lamb from hair sheep is known for its mild flavor, so it’s a great choice for folks who are new to lamb as well as longtime fans. It’s delicious and nutritious, a wholesome red meat you can feel good about serving your family.

Every animal is raised on our own farm in Minco, where we care for the flock every day. When our lamb is ready, it will be cut to order into loin chops, shoulder chops, leg steaks, rib chops, and kabob and stew meat. All of our lamb is USDA inspected.

Why Lamb?

Not only is it a rich source of high-quality protein, but lamb is also an outstanding source of iron, zinc, and vitamin B12.
